Terms and Conditions: "No Refunds due to Weather Conditions" Even though Happy Trails tries to accommodate each of it's customer with their own choice of ATV or Motorcycle rental, problems with equipment does arise. In the event that the ATV or Motorcycle type or size requested is unavailable, due to unforeseen circumstances, then Happy Trails reserves the right to provide the customer with an alternate ATV or Motorcycle of equal size or type. operating ATV/ATV's rented from Happy Trails ATV. I accept for use AS IS the equipment, and accept full financial responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is in my possession. I will be responsible for the replacement at authorized retail value of any equipment rented under this form, but not returned to the shop. I agree to return all rental equipment by the agreed date and time. I also agree to pay for any recovery fees, late fees, as well as transportation costs and labor costs related to the repair or replacement of rental equipment. I understand that deep water and mud is harmful to the ATV and can cause unseen internal damages. We, Happy Trails, recommend the customer undersigned to avoid these terrain conditions. I also understand that any internal damages due to mud, water, or driver abuse, will be considered damages payable by the customer. Damages also include but not limited to: Rear rack, front rack, front bumper, handle bars, dented rims, damaged tire, spark plug replacement, air filter replacement, oil filter replacement, full service, belts, motor damage, transmission, drivetrain, gear and belt clutches etc.. Liability Release Form and Rental Agreement must be read and signed before rental. A 25% deposit is due when reserving. Full refund on deposit if cancelled before 14 days. Pre-authorized security deposit required per ATV. |
